Psychoanalyst.
Researcher. Founder.

I work at the intersection of clinical depth, theoretical rigour, and the real pressures of building things. My practice draws on psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioural, and systems frameworks — applied where it matters.

Limited intake. I run several software ventures and maintain an active research practice. I take a deliberately small number of clients at any one time — currently a few slots across all services. Every engagement begins with a single paid session; no commitment beyond it. Enquiries are considered carefully.

The examined
leader.

Most executive coaching teaches you to perform better. This asks why you perform the way you do.

Drawing on Lacanian psychoanalysis, object relations theory, and systems thinking, we work with the structures that shape your decisions before you're conscious of making them — patterns of authority, desire, fear, and identification that no competency framework will surface.

This is not performance coaching. It is not goal-setting. It is a rigorous examination of the subject behind the executive — with all the discomfort and clarity that entails.

The work is structured as a six-month engagement, entered through a single full-length session — after which both sides decide. Retainers include brief email contact between sessions and are typically invoiced to the company.

Structure for
the unstructured mind.

ADHD is not a productivity problem. It is a structural relationship to time, attention, and identity.

I approach ADHD with clinical and psychoanalytic depth — not as a deficit to be managed, but as a particular mode of being that demands specific conditions to function well. We work on the systems, the shame, the chronic gap between intention and execution, and the identity structures that ADHD builds over years.

My background spans neuropsychological assessment, cognitive-behavioural methods, and psychoanalytic understanding of the subject. This is not generic productivity coaching.

The work runs on a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum — this kind of change does not happen in single sessions; it needs continuity. Begin with one full session to see how I work before committing to anything.

I am a psychoanalytic researcher, licensed psychotherapist, and founder based in Munich. My work moves between the clinical, the theoretical, and the built.
I hold an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, and an MSc in Psychology from LMU Munich. I am a licensed Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, a lecturer at Euro-FH, and a research affiliate at the Global Centre for Advanced Studies.

Alongside my clinical and academic work, I run several software ventures at the intersection of psychology, language, and technology — which means my time is genuinely scarce and my practice deliberately small.

I work in English and German. My clients are international.
