Legal Notice & Privacy.

The formalities — who operates this site, and what happens to your data when you visit it or write to me. The short version of the privacy policy: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and tracks nothing.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Rozek Industries Ltd, 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom, represented by Robert P. Rozek — rob@robrozek.com. Services presented on this site are provided by Robert P. Rozek from Munich, Germany.

2. The short version

This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no social media, and uses no tracking of any kind. Data is processed in exactly three places: our hosting provider's server logs, the loading of web fonts, and any email you choose to send.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data necessary to deliver the page: your IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, and the referring URL. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is retained only for the period necessary for security and operations. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, Vercel's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Web fonts

This site uses the typefaces Cormorant and DM Mono, loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a uniform presentation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Details on Google's data handling: policies.google.com/privacy. If you wish to prevent this, you can block third-party requests in your browser; the site remains fully readable with fallback fonts.

5. Contact by email

If you email me, your address and the contents of your message are processed to handle your enquiry — on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiry correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle the matter and any statutory retention periods that apply to business correspondence.

A note specific to this practice: enquiries about coaching sometimes contain personal or health-related information volunteered by the sender (Art. 9 GDPR). Please share only what you are comfortable putting in an email — a brief outline is enough. Anything beyond that belongs in conversation, where it is treated with professional confidentiality.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise any of these rights, email rob@robrozek.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority — for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA) in Bavaria, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when the site or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
